(Sections)
These are IndieLisboa sections, which accept submissions:
Competition – The Official Competition of Short and Feature
Films is composed of films that have never been publicly exhibited
in Portugal and which were finished in 2005 or 2006. To this
section can apply first or second works, fiction, animation,
documentaries or experimental films, in a clear bet in new directors.
Observatory – The Observatory tries to be a radar for
essential works of independent contemporary cinema, by presenting
films that cannot be part of the Official Competition (whether
because they were finished before the selection date, or because
they’ve been shown in other cinematographic events in
Portugal or because the directors have already obtained a larger
recognition).
IndieJunior – Screenings programmed for a younger audience,
with the presentation of a program of shorts and feature films.
